30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Trying new skincare can feel stressful when your skin is sensitive, allergy-prone, or reactive. We want your first Nina Naturals order to feel low-risk.
If your product doesn’t work for your skin, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund your purchase price, minus original shipping and a small $5 fulfillment fee per item refunded. You can return up to 4 products in your first order.
You do not need to physically return the product.
This guarantee applies to your first Nina Naturals order only. Limit one order refund per customer/household. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of this policy.

How to initiate a Refund for the 30 Day Guarantee?
Step 1: Sign in to your customer account at https://account.ninanaturals.com.
Step 2: Select your order.
Step 3: Start a refund and follow the prompts.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at customersupport@ninanaturals.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund for the affected item free of charge.

If you have issues with our automated return process, please email us at customersupport@ninanaturals.com with your order number and reason for return and our small team will respond as quickly as possible. Please note, it can take up to 7 business days for us process refunds manually.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and a small $5 handing fee applies per item returned.
